Cost Structure: Seasonal rates are based on the Australian seasons.

PEAK season – (Dec –Feb incl.) SUMMER:

$280 per night

SHOULDER season –(March-May and Sept-Nov incl) AUTUMN & SPRING: 

$250 per night

LOW season –(June-Aug incl) WINTER: 

$225 per night

ALL BOOKINGS WILL HAVE MANDATORY CLEANING FEE ADDED - $50 per stay

We are flexible with bookings and can tailor make packages to suit.

PLEASE NOTE: At check-in you will be required to provide valid credit card details in lieu of $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT, (if you prefer, this amount may be made in cash, and refunded in full) after an inspection at check-out and the house left in a satisfactory condition- as outlined in our Accommodation Policy (see Guest Policies, under the Information column at the bottom of page).
