Check-In: From 4pm (EST) Melbourne time. We would appreciate a text message or email night before check-in advising us of approximate arrival time

Check-Out:  By 11am (EST) Melbourne time. Whilst we may be able to provide flexibility with 1hr of check out time free of additional costs, later check out time may incur additional charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Please note: At check-in (or before) you will be required to provide valid credit card details in lieu of $500.

if you prefer, this amount may be made in cash, and refunded in full after an inspection at check-out and the house left in a satisfactory condition- as outlined in our Accommodation Policy.
